Mindful is a small, focused AI chat designed for one thing: a calm conversation about your mental health and emotional wellbeing. Unlike a general assistant, it will politely decline to talk about anything else.
What it is
A supportive, non-judgmental space to unpack feelings, stress, sleep, relationships, coping skills, habits, and self-reflection. It builds long-term memory of what matters to you so conversations feel continuous rather than starting from zero each time.
What it isn't
Mindful is not a therapist, doctor, or crisis service. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional care. If you're in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, please reach a real person — see the resources at the bottom of every page.
Memory & privacy
Your conversations and the things Mindful remembers about you are stored in your account and only visible to you. You can review, edit, or delete remembered items at any time on the Memory page.
